"Conjunction"  uses geometric aesthetics to explore the relationship between movement and stillness. The sculpture depicts a juxtaposition between nature and the manmade, leaving the figurative presence of the work to interpretation. The shape and scale of the work question concepts of balance and harmony between two opposing forces. The conflict continues as the audience is encouraged to transition between the reflective metallic texture of the steel against the warmth of the sand. Light and shadow enhance the depth and impact of the structure within its surroundings. The installation portraying a constructive system  that stand vertically on a thin layer of sand, starting from a position of strength and gradually becoming vulnerable as one goes too far.

The simple arrangement of objects in "Components" causes a sense of balance and apprehension as the objects seemingly float to collectively support the larger composition. It represents the resilience and strength required to hold together, creating a metaphor for the human experience.
